Growing up in El Paso, TX helped help Blanca get a better appreciation and understanding of the diversity of the Mexican and American cultures. 25 years ago, Blanca started to work in sales in the hopes of a steady income, and it was a great surprise when she realized that sales and negotiation were her passion.
